A sustainable relocation using 98% recycled materials
The challenge
Regent’s Place Management Office is the managing group of British Land – one of the largest property development and investment companies in the UK. It runs the Regent’s Place site between Euston Road Underground station and Regent’s Park.
TTSP was commissioned to relocate the existing back-of-house facilities, which included security control, welfare, a changing room, showers and washrooms. The front-of-office functions extended to reconfigurable meeting rooms and open-plan office space.
The approach
The focus of this 615m² project was sustainability – keeping in line with British Land’s sustainability programme. Using our flexible approach and creative thinking, we created a distinctively designed refurbishment that uses 98% recycled materials.
The results
Working collaboratively to meet British Land’s guidelines, we achieved an environmentally responsible scheme – in fact, its highest rate so far!
