A new London home for a global interdealer broker

The challenge

TTSP were appointed as lead design consultant for the design and delivery of Tradition Group’s new 450 position trading facility, on a single 4,700m² floor.

The approach

Our initial step was stripping out the existing Cat A and Cat B installation to shell and core, including M&E services. From here, we rebuilt the space to suit Tradition’s business model. With an evolving brief, the design team’s collaborative approach enabled changes to be incorporated with minimum impact to a challenging programme.

Always with the end vision of a dynamic space in mind, we developed the large single floor plate that consolidates two primary business units into an integrated trading environment. This is complemented by staff amenity and administrative functions, an executive office and meeting suite, client reception, staff showers and toilets, a gym and refreshment break out areas.

The result

Following our design phase, a 16 week construction project culminated in a functional, professional space, designed to enable a broking business to thrive.
