The challenge

With planning authority-imposed limitations on building height, TTSP needed to balance this building’s innovation and aesthetics with a heavy focus on safety, security and practicality.

Our collaborative approach in the very early stages of the project, and our reputation for detail, enabled us to recommend innovative materials that are usually only specified at the end of the project, when it’s too late.

The result

The new building is a highly secure home for the Road Traffic Division. The approach to early collaboration, internal planning and use of sustainable materials achieved an “Excellent’ BREEAM rating for the project.
