Panoramic city views for a global bank
The Challenge
The brief from the CEO was simple - to transform 50,000m2 of Cat. A space into outstanding accommodation that delivered on the attributes of quality, timelessness and detail.
The Approach
As lead consultant, TTSP ensured these attributes were front of mind when designing the interior fit-out of the new 11-storey Thames waterfront HQ.
The space needed to be a high-performance environment and thriving workspace that would transform how Nomura’ 4,500 people worked.
High quality facilities including a restaurant with roof garden, choice of deli bars, and a gym and wellness centre. Plus, a dedicated executive dining and meeting suite with full catering amenities on the top floor with incredible panoramic views of the city.
The Result
A transformed space that delivers 1,900 trading positions over three floors, with a further six floors of banking and investment banking workspace.
The project won the accolade British Council for Offices Best Fit Out Award in 2011.
