We are delighted to be able to announce that our proposals for the DC01 data centre campus at South Mimms has achieved Resolution to Grant Outline Planning Consent at this evenings Hertsmere Borough Council Planning Committee meeting.

Situated on an 85-acre site adjacent to the A1(M)/M25 junction and South Mimms services the £3.75 bn scheme is set to be one of the largest data centre campuses in Europe.

TTSP Director Ian Miller, lead on the project said “We are delighted that our concept for such a significant landscape led market leading data centre campus has received approval to proceed. It is an exciting moment in the data centre sector as we address the combined challenges of demand, scale and density at what feels like a pivotal point in the industry.
