Planning Consent Achieved for Olympus

TTSP are delighted to announce that our designs for Ada Infrastructure new London Docklands campus was awarded a resolution to grant planning by the Newham Strategic Development Committee.

The sustainable designs for three data centre buildings within the campus setting will deliver 210MW total IT load. Its sustainable credentials include the use of low-carbon materials, enhancements to the public realm landscaping, a community building and provisions for district heating connectivity. The development is designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
